4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within 7 days, please contact us.

5. Shipping Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
🚛 Shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS)
🚨 Customs processing in your country
🌩 Weather conditions or natural disasters

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, contact the carrier directly.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on our Return Policy.
