Refund & Return Policy
At TCL, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our smart locks and security cameras. If you receive a defective product, we offer a straightforward return and refund process, subject to the terms below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for defective or damaged items, under the following conditions:
Timeframe: Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Product Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
Defective or Damaged Items: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery for return or replacement.

Missing original packaging or accessories
Custom or personalized items
Clearance or final sale products
How to Return a Defective Product
1. Request Authorization:

2. Ship the Product:
Please contact us via email: homesecurity.support@tcl.com for the specific return address. If the return is not due to product reasons, you will need to pay a 10% return fee.
3. Inspection & Refund:
After inspection, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Exchanges
We do not accept product exchanges for items that are not defective or damaged.
For defective or damaged items, we will replace them free of charge, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Warranty
Most TCL smart locks and security cameras come with a 1year manufacturer warranty. If an issue arises after the return period, please refer to your warranty or contact support for help.
