Why am I not getting motion notifications without paying? Footage review is slow, and the camera misses initial motion.
The camera's trigger sensitivity is not related to the subscription fee. It is activated by a PIR (Passive Infrared) sensor. For optimal performance, install the device at a height of 6.5 to 10 feet above the ground. The maximum detection range is 30 feet. To ensure accurate monitoring, position the camera to face the area you wish to monitor directly, avoiding wide angles. People moving sideways are more likely to trigger the PIR sensor.
Night video quality needs improvement. Solar panel charge is low, app is clunky, and activity zones are imprecise.
Our camera offers two modes for nighttime use. In infrared mode, you will see black and white images. For color images, simply switch to color mode. When the camera is triggered, the fill light will activate, capturing color pictures. Moving objects within the monitored area will trigger the fill light to turn on.
Wi-Fi range is limited; camera needs to be within 20 feet of the router for stable connection.
Our camera connects to the router using a Wi-Fi signal that complies with FCC standards. If you experience an unstable connection, try moving the device closer to the router for better signal strength.
Several features are locked behind paywalls, with pricing not matching their value or usage.
Cloud video storage incurs additional costs, which is why we charge a small fee to ensure the continued availability of the cloud storage feature.
Why does the camera only support a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal and not 5GHz?
The 2.4G network is traditional and reliable. We are actively working on developing products that will support 5G in the near future.
There is a tiny cloth ring on the battery, what is it for?
The cloth ring makes it easier to remove the battery for your convenience.
The battery can be a bit tight and difficult to remove.
To ensure both waterproofing and ease of use, we designed this battery removal method. The battery cover is securely installed to maintain waterproof protection. When removing the cover, please hold the device with one hand and use the other hand to gently remove the cover.
